iam a remnant
Every bag is sewn from pieces someone else would have thrown away - scraps, remnants, odd ends-stitched into something whole. That’s the whole story, really. It’s mine, and it may be yours.
The iam collection began with the love for the Lord and a desperate need to get sober. It started with Psalm 23 and the fruit of the Spirit - scripture paired with color, line by line, on Bible bags and totes. Years later it became something else: fabric remnants, gathered and joined, made into one - of - a - kind bags that carry a witness with them.
The label as a witness
People stop me all the time and ask where I got my bag. That question is an open door.
The label is how you answer it.
On the front, iam — lowercase, colorful, a little wild. That's me.
On the back, IAM - Uppercase, black and white, bold, simple.
That’s HIM
I can't duplicate anything when I make these bags, and I've stopped trying.
We aren't duplicated either. We are one of a kind, created in His image — and so is every single bag.
